تطبيق التعارف Limerence — حذف الحساب نهائياً من داخل التطبيق أو عبر الويب.

أو تصفّح خطوات الحذف من داخل التطبيق ↓الحذف فوري ونهائي. لا توجد فترة سماح ولا مهلة تراجع ولا استرجاع. بمجرد تأكيد الحذف تُمسح بيانات حسابك، ولا يمكن استعادتها.
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق وانتقل إلى الإعدادات (Settings).
- مرّر إلى أسفل الإعدادات حتى قسم منطقة الخطر (الدائرة الحمراء).
- اضغط حذف الحساب.
- سيظهر حوار بثلاثة خيارات: إلغاء، أو حذف عبر الموقع (يفتح هذه الصفحة في المتصفح)، أو حذف من هنا.
- اختر حذف من هنا، ثم اضغط حذف نهائي في التأكيد الأخير.
- أدخل كلمة المرور، أو اكتب بريد حسابك إذا كنت سجّلت عبر Google.
- يُحذف الحساب فوراً وتُخرَج من جميع جلساتك على كل أجهزتك.
كيف يتم التحقق من هويتك

ما يتم حذفه
يُحذف ما يلي بالكامل، داخل عملية واحدة: إن فشل أي جزء يتم التراجع عن الكل ولا يُحذف شيء.

ما يُحتفظ به
لا يبقى في سجلّات حسابك شيء. كل ما ورد في الجدول أعلاه يُحذف بالكامل ولا يُحتفظ بنسخة احتياطية.

الدعم
البريد limerence.support@gmail.com هو قناة دعم فقط، وليس قناة حذف. لا يوجد بريد حذف تلقائي، ولا يمكن طلب حذف عبر البريد. للحذف استخدم الزر في أعلى الصفحة أو الخطوات من داخل التطبيق.
Delete your Limerence account

Option 1: from inside the app
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of Settings to the danger zone (the red card).
- Tap Delete Account.
- A dialog appears with three choices: Cancel, Delete on website (opens this page in your browser), or Delete here.
- Choose Delete here, then tap Delete forever on the final confirmation.
- Enter your password, or type your account email if you signed up with Google.
- Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
How your identity is verified

What gets deleted
All of the following is removed permanently, inside a single operation: if any part fails, the whole thing is rolled back and nothing is deleted.

| Conversations | Matches, conversations, and every message inside them — including the other person's messages, because the whole conversation is removed. |
| Calls | Video call requests, and call duration records. |
| Interaction | Swipes sent and received, profile views, profile reveals (the Eye Credit feature). |
| Blocks and reports | Your block list (both directions), reports you filed, and reports filed against you. |
| Notifications | All your stored notifications. |
| Devices | Every registered device and push token (FCM) on all your devices. |
| Purchases | The in-app purchase ledger. |
| Sessions | All refresh tokens, so you are signed out everywhere immediately. |
| Live connection | Active app sockets are dropped the moment the account is deleted. |
What is kept
Nothing about your account is kept. Everything in the table above is deleted outright, with no backup copy retained.

| Store subscription outside our control | Limerence cannot cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in the store before deleting, or you may still be charged. |
| Google Play purchase record | Held by Google. We never see it and cannot remove it. |
| Internal blocklist a real exception | If your email is on an internal blocklist, that table is independent of your account, is not touched by the deletion path, and your email may remain on it. The blocklist exists to stop accounts being re-created after a violation. |
| The other person's copies | Screenshots or copies other users saved from your conversations are outside our reach and cannot be recalled. |
| An image file not removed from storage | Image files are deleted after the database transaction commits. This rarely fails, and in that case the file may linger in storage with no personal data linked to it. |
Support
limerence.support@gmail.com is a support channel only, not a deletion channel. There is no automatic deletion-by-email, and a deletion cannot be requested by email. To delete your account, use the button at the top of this page or the in-app steps above.
